Yeah and i am sorry for even imagining defects in such a wonderfully crafted perfect game that is so perfect it can't receive criticism or opinions.

He wasn't insulting you mate. He was sharing his opinion on some good game with an art style you might prefer.
If the problem is with the DAZ models maybe have a look at games like Legend of Queen Opala? It's 2D art in a Fantasy RPG set in Egypt (at least the first part). From what I remember, I found the later games less enjoyable as their sex content relies more heavily on bestiality.

I was literally listing the other titles on this site I've tried and enjoyed, all of which have CGs. You don't have to get sarcastic because I pointed out that you downloaded a game tagged "Text based" with "Text based" in the first sentence of the description and then posted to whine about how much TEXT there was in it.

Fair enough but the gist of the matter is i got hyped looking at the art and actually i got so much hyped that i have memes of this stored in my hard drive and i did not bother with overview and jumped in straight to experience it with so many expectations, not realizing i was setting myself up for a letdown because it did not have any C.G. Great game anyway.

I interpreted what MadFoole said as just offering up some suggestions, while you projected your own disdain for those "same face-porn looking DAZ titles" as you put it onto their message when that wasn't the intent.

And regarding this, I would recommend that you try and take this as a learning experience to spend a bit more time looking into what you're excited about instead of hyping it up to high heaven only to be disappointed. Stuff like that is one of the top ways people end up disliking something they otherwise would have enjoyed had they tempered their expectations properly. Ever heard of No Man's Sky?

Oh, and PS, regarding the History menu, it shows everything that's supposed to show up in the main text box. Whether that's dialogue, system notifications like item usage or DoT notifications. You can even right click the Skip button at the top to skip forward to the next choice and then check the log to read what you missed - it'll all still be there. I am glad that you have found yourself enjoying the game though!

You know what would be cool? A custom dungeon mode built on the system you can access after you clear each region, but one that lets you populate the dungeon with enemies and events from all cleared dungeons, with no "sent back to town" penalties for losses.

I've just been watching this play out and again, you have to go to the first couple posts in the thread by Dosa with spice. In a game thread over a hundred pages and tons of updates... you can't have you first posts be that blatantly (and almost "trollingly") wrong about the game. Imagine going into a game like Strive for Power (text based slave sim with great mods) and being like "ayoo there's no art or graphics this shit weak" or going into The Last Sovereign and being like (very deep story driven RPG) "cmon where the art scenes i can't fap to this". Hell, I saw it for months in The Shimmering Horizon and the Cursed Blacksmith (nice dungeon crawler that doesn't know its identity?) It's extremely dismissive to the creator and most questions can be answered with 5 minutes of reading the OP or a few pages of the thread. I see this constantly with games all over the forum where posters leave shitty reviews after playing a game for 2 minutes and not reading the thread.

Sometimes the best thing to do when doing a review is write down thoughts as you play, and not post anything until you have learned enough about the game by gameplay/reading the various threads around the Internet.

I suspect the people complaining about having to use their imagination don't read a lot of written fiction. Which isn't a bad thing, mind, everyone has different interests and all. Just, imagining the visuals of what're going on is a skill that takes development and some people don't really have an aptitude for it, like how someone might not have an aptitude for art or being an athlete.

I personally don't mind the text-based imagery in the game since I am a very imaginative person, AI dungeon being my favorite text-based game out there. I was just wondering if you are planning to add H-scene images as well, like in MGQ (Monster girl quest 1-3)

iirc there'll be some, but it won't be in the majority of the game. I know there's been talk about an elven village where you can help repopulate the elves.
