It's quite possible to be done, but changing the button size is more difficult that like, text ones. They are already larger on the phone/mobile devices, but i can def look into more at some point.

To me that looks better than the ones that are just a solid silhouette but can still represent anyone. Of course, doing layered images so the player can choose a skin tone would be pretty trivial, but that raises the question of how many do you do? You add black, then what about someone who's in-between white and black? There's literally an infinite range of colours, how many is enough?
Regarding which scenes are 'signature', I'd probably consider the biggest ones to do the stance that the girl prefers, and the stance that she's most weak to that the player should be using. So for Mika, for example, you'd have her dominating the player with her ass, and the player fucking her pussy. Though that isn't so well-defined for many girls, like imps or slimes for example are weak to just about everything.

The game has always been fully free. There is no leak there.
Any art assets shown on here normally (generally by L30) is stuff posted in the discord, not the patreon, and the discord is open to everyone.
