Now that i thought about it at best there's kaia content, venefica content, and that one toxictango scenes, make the difference between drugs and aphrodisiacs, drugs CAN be aphrodisiacss but in the context of our fantasy porn game bassically anything from your mothers spit is an aphrodisiac, which is the thing that's actually a common fetish in the game

Manticore tail toxin, matango spores, the city mage asking you to take questionable substances to test her alchemy skills, venefica's entire schtick, the alraunes, Feng, and the succ ninjas. Drugs are actually significantly more common than tf. I'd even argue that the transformation content is non-existent, since at least 2(?) of the enemies are just wearing a disguise and Perpetua going through her villain arc. Slimes are amorphous by nature, so saying she "transforms" is like saying you transform by growing 6 inches.

Alraunes use special sap or honey that acts as an aphrodisiac iirc. Elly has you test multiple concoctions, which have different effects. Matango and the toxic matango both have their spores, of which there are 2 or 3 varieties. Kunoichi blows aphrodisiac mist into your face. Feng's claws are laced with an aphrodisiac.
