This is just like monstergirlquest but less femdom focused. While the CGs might not be as numerous you still get at least 1 stance+expressions per girl and with the text descriptions being incredibly detailed you can basically create the cgs in your head in great detail. Incredibly time consuming, +1
There are similarities, but I don't like the comparison.
For one thing, Monster Girl Dreams gives you the freedom of revisiting girls you want.
Most importantly, there's no actual plot in Monster Girl Dreams.
Like... it's just a series of events with no real thematic throughline, or past events tying into future events. Hell the characters are all incredibly one note and only exist within the context of their one narrative event. A good portion of VERY important characters being completely optional.
On the plus side, at least the protagonist is an adult, and combat is sex battles so it's directly 1,000% more erotic than MGQ.
Being a switch game tho is pretty neutral. Kinda like how adding a FeMC option would lower the amount of content written for both genders, adding in more varied sexual proclivities lowers the amount of content written for any particular sexuality. If you care very little for certain sexual acts, their inclusion to broaden the market appeal would disappoint when waiting for new updates.
Like... I know I was quite disappointed in the Voltins for instance. City still hasn't had a monster girl I like yet.
