I downloaded the game but how do I install the latest translation patch?
Assuming you got the game decrypted you just overwrite the old files.

this will take you for the site when you can find it, but I should explain before: if you want the rpgmaker VX Ace just to play this game you should look for "Run time package" they a free, but if you for some reason want to edit some archives from this game or just create a game yourself you need to buy this tool(and is a little expensive),if you are looking for a pirate link of this tool I don't know where to find. BTW hope this don't get to much of topicYou can find it over on nyaa.si, Steam has a sale going on to get it for $10.49, or if you didn't care for the shady market of steam key resellers some offer it for $5.16. The pirated version seems to be an older cracked trail but offers most of the same features.
The game does need to be decrypted in order to play with the project though most decryptors have the option to generate the project file. If you try to open the project with Game.rgss3a in the directory the Editor will want to delete this file so be careful of that.
If you wanted to search for things within the game then Arzor-X's Translation Files are much easier than RPG Maker VX Ace Editor's search tools. Sadly a lot of RPG Maker engines suffer from limp search tools.
Anything special you looking to do with MGQ Paradox or just looking under the hood?
It shouldn't need the RTP files but I've had them installed for so long I can't remember for sure.

I downloaded RPGMakerTransv4.5.7z but I can't find Ytinasni.RpgMaker.GameSelector.exe where is it?
You're supposed to download "RpgMakerVXAce_Translator_0.10c.7z " This is the ONLY translator on bitbucket, where did you got that from?
And Arzor-X's bitbucket is the only one linked in my post, cant really cover in a guide people downloading stuff from different bitbuckets.

MGQ Paradox hasn't ever used

and have instead used the Ytinasni's RpgMaker Translator tool instead. A friend of Dargoth's made it long ago and I'm not sure where to find it outside the bitbucket.

Does someone know why the devs need so long for chapter 3? Is it so much bigger in size than the previous chapters or has the focus shifted and they only work sometimes on it?
I heard rumors about a fourth chapter, which would be a paradox indeed since the original was a trilogy.

I don't know if it's been a long time or if it was recent, but Big F for the monster girl quest wiki.
From time to time I would check it to see what was new that they included with the expansions (since I don´t go through the game again unless the final chapter is close).

And even if I did... why should they tell me that? There are either problems or more important tasks and they prefer to keep such information for themselves.^^So it's either the little bird inside the team who shares information or the devs posted it somewhere but simple google translation won't do the trick if someone wants to fully understand it.

they seem to be promoting a subscription service for one of their other games. Dependent on if they keep previous promises Part 3 should be the end just like the first one, they said at least 2 h-scenes per girl and a few of the big ones haven't had their share yet, but lets not forget early releases be buggy releases so even if it dropped tomorrow we all are not going to be playing it until next year. All the girls also get milking, panty stealing, favorite foods, and probably like the original choosing your favorite at the end. Not to mention 3 possible derived paths of Heaven, Hell, and Chaos.To put it simply the dev bit off a lot more then they could chew...
Just recently they fixed a bug with super high damage output so they're pushing the poor engine as hard as they can and I'm kinda curious how much more the little RPG Maker VX Ace can take
