My issue is that I have trouble learning how to play a character correctly when they they have so much crap unlocked, you know? Like I unlock ultimate weapon but she's level 150 or something with a trillion fist, beast, and breath skills and I don't know what any of them do.

1.) Eden failed to fuse because it's funnier that way. The fusions are storyline things, it's not something you can make happen.

2. Scylla and Lamia are random mobs at the end of the monster lord castle, swordsman lady is in alice route, dunno about titania though.

Just finished Part 3 Judgement Route and I have to say I really enjoyed the story and the ending. The ending while it had its bittersweet Moments with regards to Luka and all the fallen comrades seems to be a more overall good ending . Since its stated that all the faults hinted at in Angel World are going to be fixed because the Human Royalty will be taking over their Kingdoms and generally the remaining cast at least get to live out the rest of their lives happy. I also really enjoyed the Mephisto Gag about no one noticing. Gonna start Monster route now hope its as good.

You can copy your save files.

AFAIK, you can load your save from previous versions but never from later ones.

So a 3.02 save should work fine on 3.06

So there was that prophecy left by that realm's Illias that a savior would appear to protect the fallen angels.

I just started on the monster realm route after finishing the judgement route. It's gonna be hard for me to call the ancestors my allies. Like, I know that the angels are probably going to be pretty shitty in their own way, plant angel lady already has, but actually doing quests for Kanon and Tamamo-no-Mae... it's rough man.

Ya I feel the same way. Its a bit hard teaming up with Kanon after the Botanical Garden. I do like how the Succubus Trio reference Grangold and it. I wish the talked about the ethics of the Sabasa reveal a bit more esp with how it compares to Necromancy and Puppetry/Doll Making and free will.

It's the same version that Uchihafabio gave us earlier with the addition of chaos guide inside, the tool folder if you want to use mtool cheat engine, the mod for auto recruit monster girl at the end of every fight without the need to speak with them, the limite increase for each stack of item to 999, and my save folder where save 16 is before the big choice where you choose what faction you are going to join (with a very powerful team and gems stack for easy cruise on the story until chaos route)
You can delete the patch folder if you don't like the mods.

each new chapter include passed ones expect for part 1 so part 3 has all 3 part 2 has 2 and part 1 well only part 1 the the only thing new parts don't contain are old parts cg files for h-scenes there still in newer parts but all you get is a black screen with .... unless the link has them included in it

For now you can't. There is a reason for that, but that reason is spoiler, so just keep progressing story and sidequests and don't think about it

Stigmata gives small boost to Lightning/Light/their Chaos-versions and big boost to Fire/Dark/their Chaos-versions damage taken by afflicted enemy. Corruption is opposite - small boost to Fire/Dark and big to Lightning/Light

Yes, it include the beginning of the game. Some content like battle line during fight of part 1-2 can be in japanese, because they broke with version 3.00 and the team of translators working on the merge of the old translation hasn't had the time/motivation to do them again when people waited for the new content.
On my link you can find version 2.41 with the full 2 part in "human" english so you can play on this version until part 3 then transfer your save on a part 3 folder. Or just use the part 3. These little content not translated are minor.

Is there an estimation how much content is left untranslated? And how long (years?) is still left until full human translation?
