Almost every monstergirl ranching/breeding game has been abandoned. The only one I can think of that seems to get regular updates is Breeders of the Nephelym but it's just one guy and a pretty heavy game so progress is slower. If you just monster girls in general you can look at
Club Bifrost (#2 monster girl game right after Monster Girl Quest)
Monster Girl Island (abondoned)
Breeding Season (permanently stuck in development)
Monster Girl Project
Monster Black Market (10/10 game but not really monster girls....)

Don't forget Cloud Meadow. Another monster rancher/breeding game that started out super promising until the Dev realized they would make more money by stretching its development indefinitely.
There does seem to be a curse that these types of games are never finished.

PejoyGames The art is very nice I love me monster Girls. BUT I don't like games that have muse button mashing as a mechanic... I like to keep my muse alive as long as possible thank you very much and mashing it's button is a quick way to wear out the button (I read on you patreon how you integrated a mashing mini-game into the sex scene). Sure I'm using a Macro on my keyboard to deal with all muse click mashing's but that ruins many mini-game because it likes dose like tons of clicks in a few seconds.

Also might be because I played this 0.22 release but it was kind of slow in the sense I mostly just sit and wait for the cash to go up to buy the next upgrade. But this might be better with more kind of girls can't say.

Well The Art is awesome so I will keep watch on this and see what becomes of it.

The art is good, and the avatars are cute, but i'm not gonna lie, that end there. The game is literally a cookie clicker, you cannot control your avatar, it just keep roaming the area, and if get closer to one of the monsters, they fuck. This is not a farming game, this is not a breeding game, is just one of those mobile cookie clickers with sex, you buy one building, and that building generate income that you use to buy monstergirls, the monstergirls generate another income that you can evolve the building, also there is one "+" on the resources that for me look like something that mobile games use that you can buy with real money the resource. Also the screenshots on the main page is different from what the game actually is.

The description is complete wrong, should be "cookie clicker with porn", that text give the wrong idea of what kind of game this is.
