I have been playing around in Blender with the recently imported Akari model. The Photographer plugin is quickly becoming one of my favorites for the extra control it gives over lights and cameras.

I asked my good friend and amazing artist Pink Spector to do a Zoe render in the style of Moonlight. He usually focuses on fantasy art, but recently he has been showing some fantastic contemporary-style shots. Honestly, he went above and beyond and delivered something better than I ever could have expected.

Keep an eye on this man. I know he is going to create something truly beautiful one day. For now, you can find him on Discord, and he is also active on the BBP server. I am certain he is working on something great.

I’m about 3 to 4 months away from releasing Episode 2 of Moonlight. It’s still a bit early to start building real hype, but I wanted to let you know that the game is now available to wishlist on Oppaiman if you’d like to stay in the loop for the release. If you’re a free member here and want an easy way to keep track of Chapter Two, this is a great option.

While you’re there, make sure to also check out Echoes of the Cataclysm by my boy Nuii Pointer. It’s free to play even if you don’t support him, and you can wishlist his next release as well.

I’ve cooked up a fresh one for everyone to enjoy today, plus a little bonus drop for the Forensic Scientist Tier and above.

This time I wanted to switch things up. As a big F1 fan, I thought I’d take a crack at making Monaco actually interesting.

Damn, I really don’t know what to tell you this week. Honestly, this stage of development is kind of boring to talk about, but I’ll try to cover as much as I can without putting you all to sleep.

First off, I’m still waiting on renders to finish. There are about 300 left, and I’m hoping they’ll be done soon.

I’ve finished the first pass of post work on all the images I’ve rendered so far and have started the second pass. Right now, I have 1,268 renders ready to go into the build of the game.

I also wrapped up the most important animations for this episode. If I end up doing any more, they’ll likely be for the menu screen rather than in-game sequences.

On the music side, I’ve made some good progress, but there’s still a big chunk left to tackle. I created a new drum sample library that I’ll be using for the rest of the music in this episode since it fits the tone perfectly. The drum setups I’d been using before just weren’t hitting the right spot for me (pun fully intended). - Track below.

It’s a short one this week, but I’ve got to keep grinding. As for release dates, I’m still understandably unsure when that will be. Once I get a version of the game into the hands of my playtesters, I’ll be able to give a solid release window.

Thanks again for all the support, and a big shoutout to my boy Rann, who’s always around on Discord keeping me locked in when I need that extra push.
