finally finished playing through the game after being excited to play it since it was announced. another great game you made here Droid. i really enjoyed the world, i know it wasn't intended to be long opus LoM is, but i can't help but be left wanting more from this world. you do some excellent worldbuilding.
i think I liked the match 3 system even more than the poker one and i don't usually enjoy match 3. was fun to experiment with.
really looking forward to your next game. is that intended to be a longer saga like LoM or more similar to morningstar?

Is Saoe's story suppose to stop then pick back up at some point? Currently at the part where something bothers her and it tells me that she'll open up at the last drop. Its said that for 20ish days now but she isnt available at the last drop or anywhere for that matter. Currently on day 64

Droid was kind enough to tell us a bit about Wings of Empire, his newest AVN, which does not have a formal home on F95 yet.
It is playable through day 17 courtesy of Morningstar on Steam (I believe it is referred to as the development path, and another reason to support Droid with a Steam Morningstar purchase).

TLDR? Wings of Empire's first act is now 'story' complete; I've still got sandbox content to fill out, but it's well under way, and I'm hoping for a public release of Act I in early March.

That IS weird. If you could zip up the entire Savegame folder and send me a link, I'll have a look. It sounds like you've got flags messed up somehow.

had the same thing happening to me when i loaded a save i've had for about 6 months. not sure when but yes, a patch inverted their flags for some reason. started a fresh game after full release and everything worked as intended. chalked it up to an early access bug and never paid it attention.
Check there's no NO_KATIE flag; I don't know why that would be set, but that might cause her to disappear.

Ctrl+J to enable the debug menu, it'll show up as a bug icon on the icon bar in the top right. Then go see if that flag's set.

Booted up a save right before the scene, ran into the bug again, then saved right after. Thanks for your help
