Great start. Quite large for a 0.1 and full of great stuff. One more time I had to pop over to Patreon and pony up a bit. I hope the Dev has planned on a regular and reasonable release schedule. This game is worth it, IMHO, so, come on guys, hop on over to Patreon and help out a bit if you like it and are able to do so.

Oh, and full disclosure -- I don't know the Dev from Adam (or Eve). LOL! My enthusiasm is based solely upon my opinion of the game.

Hmm... I'm fairly new to Mac, unfortunately. I know that I've had the same problem as you are having before though. For some reason it has happened when I've used a app that I have downloaded (so I can unpack rar-files), when I have tried to unpack with the default program it has worked fine though. Aside from that I can't think of anything. Sorry.

They are not. However, their Law Firms have people who are assigned to go through all sorts of stuff for just that. Just take a look at what's going on in streaming and podcasting right now with music. It's a nightmare. Those of us who stream are really careful to use only verified non-copyright stuff.

To be fair, artists deserve to be paid for their creative products and brands deserve to be protected.

Bordeaux is totally an AOC (appellation d'origine controlée in French) which means only wines produced in the area are allowed the name "vin de Bordeaux" (Bordeaux wine). You won't be sued if people in your game drink some generic "Bordeaux wine". Specially since most of the DAZ3D assets for wine bottles sport fake brands anyway. Featuring a "Château Haut-Brion 1972" would be much closer to an infringement, but like BenIsland said, it's doubtful that anyone at the Haut-Brion winery would go looking for it in a porn game.

This starts with a bang! It seems this dev isn't about the blueballing life. It's refreshing compared to other games in this genre.

Also interesting to see how it will develop from here. What other games have as their endgame, this one uses as its starting point, which is an interesting twist.
