It's illegal to use a brand name without consent. Probably why.Nothing to say about the course ...
On the other hand at the restaurant for the Wine it is "Bordeaux" and Non 'Bourdeaux'
this is translate with Google, i'm french and my english is poor.
Hmm... I'm fairly new to Mac, unfortunately. I know that I've had the same problem as you are having before though. For some reason it has happened when I've used a app that I have downloaded (so I can unpack rar-files), when I have tried to unpack with the default program it has worked fine though. Aside from that I can't think of anything. Sorry.I downloaded it two times now but my finder says the same "can't open the program" maybe its because of the mega link??
Your reasoning makes sense, but "Bordeaux" is not a brand name. It's just the area in which the wine is produced. Calling the wine by a true brand name like "Chateau whatever" would be different. It's illegal to use a brand name without consent. Probably why.
Only if you behavedoes the 'landlady' unleash a 'mother load'
Plus it's funny to imagine that wine producers are going through porn games looking for copyright infringementsYour reasoning makes sense, but "Bordeaux" is not a brand name. No, Bordeaux is not just a area. It's a classification of wine. which is a part of every wine name.Your reasoning makes sense, but "Bordeaux" is not a brand name. It's just the area in which the wine is produced. Calling the wine by a true brand name like "Chateau whatever" would be different.
You could be surprised.Plus it's funny to imagine that wine producers are going through porn games looking for copyright infringements
They are not. However, their Law Firms have people who are assigned to go through all sorts of stuff for just that. Just take a look at what's going on in streaming and podcasting right now with music. It's a nightmare. Those of us who stream are really careful to use only verified non-copyright stuff.Plus it's funny to imagine that wine producers are going through porn games looking for copyright infringements
Bordeaux is totally an AOC (appellation d'origine controlée in French) which means only wines produced in the area are allowed the name "vin de Bordeaux" (Bordeaux wine). You won't be sued if people in your game drink some generic "Bordeaux wine". Specially since most of the DAZ3D assets for wine bottles sport fake brands anyway. Featuring a "Château Haut-Brion 1972" would be much closer to an infringement, but like BenIsland said, it's doubtful that anyone at the Haut-Brion winery would go looking for it in a porn game. No, Bordeaux is not just a area. funny thing is if we do that in their thread games we get called off for that...They're totally instigating and trying to start potential arguments, I ignore it but it's so irritating. Just read the tags and the dev notes and move on.
