it is, but to avoid patreon rules they use landlady in-game etc
(you can download the incest patch and apply it if u want, or just think is your actual landlady for those that don't like incest xD)

yeah it needs the sandbox tag, but give it a go is pretty easy to walk around in this game and you have a hints system implemented in the phone, just press the phone , next press "?" and next you press the girl you want hints and it will tell you both the time and place where you are going to find her.

God this is my new favorite most hot mom ever and rest of models are also so hot and cute, Already I love this game
All that's missing in this game is animation, the rest is super good, so dev does very good job and I'm wait for more.

Not all devs can animate, these are only amateurs.

Not only that but 1 animation can take from several hours to several days to get right meaning updates get pushed riiiiiiight back to fit them in and that's from experienced devs.

There is no chance in hell every amateur dev will do animations so you're stuck with pictures in some form for foreseeable future.
