I am downloading the full game, I am a bit confused though, where the is the relationship manager? is it in the game or is it a download? I am looking for a wt mod, but it says only season 1 as it been updated to all episodes?

The Relationship Manager is ingame, you find it in the Characters Menu. Choose Jokers Full Game Download (it has all WT EP's included) link above the Season 1 link.

On the op click the Walkthrough Mod but use his Patreon link if you don't like mixdrop (look for the one with fullgame) to download the walkthrough.

Do i have to download separately if i want to play from start or i can just download s3 and it will include all seasons (Android)

Unless Mr.Mister has the full-game for Android on his Patreon it looks like you'll need to download each of the seasons.

I don't know if all the links are bad but When I tried the full game mixdrop link went like normal but when I clicked the download it said
502 Bad Gateway
I even went to the patreon website And tried the same thing happened 502 bad gateway.
