The only thing that doesn't change from Sunny is when you're asked what someone calls the MC or what the MC calls someone else. For example, I just met Polina and the game asked me "Polina will call Sunny:" Is there any way to change this?

The fill in the blank is one way Devs get around No Incest on Patreon. If you want to not have to put in what you want to call them or they call MC you could try the the Relationship Patch but I've never used it.
That's not what I meant. How do I get this text to show-Polina will call [MC's Inputed name] instead of Sunny?

I can't find an instance of Polina using "Sunny". Sunny seems to be hard-coded. No [nickname] It was given to him by Valerie, who told Natassja. Then MC introduced himself to Kelly and Gissell as Sunny.
But it looks more like you are going for the "friend" to "nephew"
This was set in Chapter 12, when you wake up between Polina and Yulia.

In the name changer, after selecting MC:
Instead of clicking on you, select the person you want to change what they refer to you as. If you want to check if you refer to Polina and Yulia as your aunts. Go back to main selection and choose "Other"

Are you using the relationship patch/name changer ?
That scrip overwrite every name and relationship every time you open the game, including MC's name and nickname.
So you have to open the "default_name_overwrite.rpy" file (notepad works) and manually change the things you want to change. Also "Sunny" will always be MC's nickname, that's the one thing you can't change, but as far as I remember only Val and Moon call you that.

I'm not talking about any of the characters in the game, but the game itself referring to me as Sunny when I'm asked who I what to refer to people as and who they'll refer to me as. Is that the instance of that name that you said I can't change?

Correct. Sunny will always be Sunny. Val gave you that nickname because of your sunny blonde hair.
You can only change your name [default: Samuele], nickname [default: Sam]
"Referring to" is your relationships: protégé, friend, son, sister, etc...
You could use something like the Universal RenPy Mod to replace the text, but risk any dialog talking about the weather. (Sunny days and whatnot)

Yes, Sunny is just a petname a couple of girls use.
There will be other petnames (that you can't change) like baby, tesoro, "husband" in korean etc depending on the girl.

Another game that was on my backlog for a while.
I didn't finish it yet, actually I started it today and holy mother of tits and bacon, these phone calls with Gissell! She's clearly my favorite with Greta and Valerie at the moment. I don't know if it's because she's Moon's sister, but Gissell looks like she'll not only will love Sunny unconditionally and with passion, but she'll be totally crazy about him, just like her sister.
It was a great start and I already can't wait to play again tomorrow. I love the story and the characters so far and I love the kind of humor I say already.

I'm totally okay with pregnancy. It's not a requirement for me but if the option is here, I'm totally in it 100%.
I'm totally attracted to Gissell, she's so fucking perfect! She really like his mom because he wouldn't be the man he is without her and Kelly obviously, but since she's only 7 years older, it's like a vibe between a mom and a big sister and for where I am in the game right now, it's totally the best relationships for me.
I also love Greta, her look and honestly, if I was to pick a "main girl", it would be really hard to choose for me between Gissell and Greta right now.
Ginny, I didn't see a lot of her right now, I know she has a beef with Evangeline and she's friend with Haruka, so I can't have a good opinion on her for the moment, but she's really gorgeous, I love the look Mr. Mister choose for her, that's for sure.
