yes you have to complete all the quests no save file is compatible in qsp games, and when you click the cheat you vann enjoy the new content not have to complete the previous ones
Any news on 0.17 update guys? I played it online version but will there be 0.17 offline version?

Sorry, you need a bypass to work. Download this and replace it inside the game folder. It should work.
