I have no idea why they were removed. I asked the creator on the hentaicharmugen forums if they're going to post them again so hopefully they'll respond. By any chance, do you happen to have any other characters made by KeKo art? Besides the ones posted on hentaicharmugen, at least

I second this. Or at least more than the version in this thread. Granted, it is as compatible with the current front pages characters, or perhaps newer MUGEN version?

You can also try to google for further version (I think the latest is v13 with 1365 characters but I don't really check those version because I don't want too much character, it's just annoying to remember where they are in the list).
Then remove the exist character to add your own selected characters.

This will forever fit your slot needs, the limit is though, that it has a basic layout and it's based off of Mugen 1.1
