did you still have the link? btw for that animation, i found it a few days ago, it's a "game over" anim against birdie kuro, still haven't figure out how to trigger it myself but AI can, the character has a lot of move, movelist from the OP is just a tip of the iceberg
Hold any button (A, B, C, X, Y, or Z, any button will do, I mean game button, not keyboard) for a while then release it, Birdie will dash into opponent and if he hit the target he'll do the cowgirl position. Do this move take half of Iari HP bar.
To trigger the animation show in the picture, you must finish Iari with that move in second round. I'm not sure if this animation can trigger in training mode or versus mode but some animation can't trigger in some mode, so you better try on Arcade mode.
However, I think Iari was setted to appear in 6th stage only, so you must defeat other opponent first before can randomly meet her in 6th stage, to fix this, edit the "select.def" file (inside data/MMMD folder), change "Iari_R
,, order=6" to "Iari_R", so you'll always meet her in first stage. Only do this for test purpose, fix it back to "Iari_R,, order=6" later.
