I think it's cool when your toys play with each other. the main thing is that the toys do not play with other guys. and with other girls, even if these girls are NOT part of the harem - please, as much as you like. By doing this, they may bring more girls to the harem, because harem girls will definitely tell their friends who are not part of the harem about their boyfriend and praise him in every possible way, and sooner or later they will begin to offer him. in many other VNs, this is a normal practice and one of the ways to increase the size of the harem ("my new neighbors", "almost dead" and others). =)

Incest patch doesn't really need to be updated because it is a universal file, which means that for each version of the game we have the same file anyway, because in practice it is just an empty file named "patch" and in script.rpy file game only checks if 'patch_mod = True or False' so you can even use incest patch from lewdpatcher from the first updates of the game and it will work the same way, plus just compare size of patch file and it weighs always exactly the same so 287 B .

Firstly, while I agree it's not a huge amount, it hasn't been "months" since the last release; it's only been about 6 weeks (v2.6 was released on Patreon on June 29, and this was on August 9 — that's 41 days). Secondly, obviously we don't know what's going on in the developer's personal life. If you were supporting and want to stop, nobody would fault you for that. But acting like you've been waiting half a year for the one scene is a pretty big exaggeration.
The amount of content is definitely a fair point. It used to be at least 3 or 4 scenes per release, although I don't remember the time between releases in those cases. I seem to recall a longer delay between versions in the past, although I might be misremembering it. I do wonder if the pace is basically the same but just with more frequent releases instead of getting more content in a single version. It's hard for me to remember for sure, and I don't feel like going through a bunch of Patreon posts to figure it out.
