The primary story involves the seduction of the brother's wife. At some point, it becomes unnecessary to just keep adding new woman after new woman in order to tell that story. I do believe that it would actually be in the interest of the dev to start focusing more on the brother's wife and then make a new game if he wants to earn even more money doing this. Finishing games within a reasonable time frame builds goodwill among the community while purposefully stretching them out for the purpose of milking donations causes people to lose interest.

I completely disagree. It might be preferable to us game fappers to move quickly, but it makes absolutely no sense whatsoever for the MC in this game's story. He works for his brother. He lives with his brother. MC can't just bang his sister-in-law without destroying his own life, which is very young male for sure but totally stupid.

Best realistic play would be to do his best to break them up and then be there to support her. If she gets the house in a divorce (hard evidence of infidelity, for example) then at least MC isn't out on the streets. And if he works his way into the company a little more by getting in good with key people he might be in a position to sabotage his brother at work too - and maybe get a more permanent job all in one fell swoop.

IMHO this is why there is the backburner question of what happened with MC's school money - if brother did anything sleazy (more than he already has by claiming to have paid for everything himself) then that gives MC justification for undermining him both at home and at work and eventually taking over his life. Wouldn't be the first time an arrogant older guy who mistakes early success by luck/chance as the result of talent ends up outwitted by a motivated younger guy who takes advantage of the older guy's over-confidence.

Well, that's the dev's call to make. He gets to decide how to balance telling the story he wants to tell with how much it (might) earn. Matters not at all what any of our opinions on it might be. And either way, he would know more about both sides than any speculation from anyone on the outside about what will actually "push customers away" (a statement of opinion-as-fact).
