You have to like Lida's tittygram posts. You will see the ring in one of her photos, that will open new events.

Couldn't even get the maid to tell me where the ring is so the game became stuck. After reading the last several pages I suggest that you don't try this game, the dev isn't fixing bugs and it seems to be a total cluster frack.
