you at the end of game go to dean scar here with the spider that anna gave you then you see derek then follow meaning go to see dean again and join them then at night go to directors house at night that's it.
Latest version 1.4 has that bug I also got this so I just moved my safe files to SD card then uninstalled 1.4 keep in mind I uninstalled game but I had setup after that I download 1.3 installed it then moved my files back to its original location went and did the picture taking event then updated my 1.3 to 1.4.

you don't need one when you start a game right click to the menu there should be a cheat menu there
I can make one but I'll wait until the next update <-- not able to get the cheat commends to work with this game sorry
