Not in this update, I believe. When you find this picture, the game through Lily asked you: how you feel about this picture? And you may answer that you prefer girls, or that you like everything about the girl with a dick in the picture, or that you would prefer to just watch at her with other girls, but not guys.

Yes, and tentacle-demon too. Any new Lily with someone else in chapter 2? Also didn't find any NTR scenes in college route in chapter 1
It's already in, it's not the focus of the game but every chapter except chapter 1 will have at least one futa scene.
