Kate and Aunt Betty I understand, but why is Kim among the slow(est) burns?
Kim needs an event to happen to start her relationship, and that event will take some time. Kim, as opposed to other girls, has a different "family anchor" than the MC, and she's worried about what would happen if she started dating the MC. We haven't seen that "anchorness", but will start to see it in the next update (yesterday my wife played the second scene in v.0.19 where that "anchorness" is shown).
Right now, there are 7 LIs (Amanda, Eva, Kiara, Betty, Lisa, Kim, and Kate) outside the harem (+Meemaw, who isn't dating the MC, only discovering the fun of getting intimate).
Three will definitively join the harem before Lisa, and one will join later than her. The order among the other three isn't decided yet.

That's partially on purpose. His ideas aren't written in stone and change and evolve. His principles are, though. He cares for the girls and "mostly" knows what each needs (to do and to hear).
Well yeah, that would be about right. Betty is, sadly, a nun. A woman already married to a bit powerful being known as God. I guess in order to get her MC would have to go to heaven and beat the hell out of him in all his three forms to make him agree to a divorce.

Kim is going to be one of the difficult ones to romance? We'll, she did state that she wanted him to try harder (make them talk more about it).
Kim is indecisive because of what I wrote above in this post. At that moment she wanted to be convinced by the MC that she was wrong. The moment has passed, though.
When are the last group of Students due to arrive? MC was thinking about leaving in two weeks to check out the company, for an unspecified length of time.
It'd be interesting to see the effect of his absence on the integration of the new girls into the collective, given it's been repeatedly stated that MC is the one building the new family and it's centered around him. Like, yea, the new girls could very well get along with all the current girls, but it'd be different without MC to act as a catalyst like normal.
But say that all goes well, the New Girls get introduced to everyone and start getting comfortable, becoming friends to varying degrees with all the Current Girls, how different is MCs introduction to them going to be than if he was there from the start?
The Current Students were collected by MC, getting to know him a bit on upon collection and the drive home, the Kissing Greeting was established and expanded in anticipation of their arrival so they'd get used to it quickly, they slowly get absorbed into the family and get the Cloneversation shortly after the core family for lack of better phrasing. Various students and the girls in general, know about various other girls dating MC, but not everyone who is dating him.
But if MC is gone away while the new girls arrive or start arriving, they're kinda going to be lulled into a false sense of normality.
There'd be no connecting or bonding with MC upon arrival and collection.
They wouldn't get exposed to the Kissing Greeting which now encompasses everyone.
They wouldn't, I imagine, get the Cloneversation, as that seems to be MC job with his deciding who to trust, and that could cause some complications depending on whether or not Amanda and Eva travel abroad with MC, or stay with the family.
The open secret of MC being in a relationship with multiple women, but no one other than MC knowing who all the girls are, not even the women he's dating, could come across a lot weirder than it perhaps already is, if explained in his absence.
Now, of course the Family are going to discuss MC while he's gone occasionally or frequently, especially with the various revelations cued to be revealed after The Birthdays, so the new students won't not have heard of and about him, but the reality of MC and his actually living with them, would be completely different from what they'd imagine.
Whereas if the New Students aren't due until after MC comes back from his trip to the company, then girls can be inducted in a much more controlled manner, rather than their introduction to MC being seeing him swarmed be his girlfriends starved of his presence and company
The New Students will join the house while the MC is away (with Amanda and Eva) in September. The new girls will integrate into the family differently because the "big family" is already in place and the secrets are out in the light. They, obviously, won't get the Cloneversation the first day, since there's no need to explain Amanda and Eva's presence, but will get it just before the MC returns.
When the MC returns, he will need to learn about the (non-romantical) relationships that have been created in his absence.
Every New Girl will have a different "anchor" in the family: Kalyani's anchor will be Saira, obviously. Patty's will be Scarlett and Daphne. And so on. That gives them the chance to integrate into the family in a different way than the Old Students.
But everyone will (can) be pregnant when they arrive. By the same "absent" man. They will know slowly about the truths in the family and will react to them depending on their personalities (Christy won't be fond of a man dating several women, Kalyani's initial reaction will depend on Saira's relationship (is she in a relationship with the MC or not? Is the MC monogamous with her or not?), Zoe's curiosity will be piqued if there's a harem in place, etc.).
I can be wrong but I think the last group will arrive just slightly before MC is leaving for Aruba, but I'm not sure, we need Trope to confirm it.
But I think at this point, the harem will be in his fullest and the new student will know about it pretty quickly because they will be no more secrets at this point, so they will know the MC for a short time and probably be exposed to the kissing greeting already. For the Cloneversation, probably know until after he's coming back, I guess?
They will arrive while he's abroad and get the Cloneversation just before he returns (with Amanda and Eva). By then they will be integrated into the family (by the remaining home girls) and will be trustworthy.
