I didn't know about Patreon and VPN issues. Right now I'm on Patreon and Subscribestar, and just opened a BuyMeACoffee account this week, as someone asked me to do it after the itch.io ban on NSFW games.
I guess Patreon is the easy/big one and the rest are small/unknown when it comes to game development.

BuyMeACoffee uses Stripe to collect payments, so it's logical that they suspend adult games. Stripe seems to be the main reason for the itch.io hassle.
As I created my account there per request I've been a little ambiguous about the use to which I will put the funds raised.

Oh SS is fine for now. But who knows how long until it too starts to ban porn games and other NSFW content? OnlyFans is primarily a porn app. There's was outcry when it tried to ban porn and "go legit". Only problem with OF is there's no tiers so far as I'm aware. Oh and I don't think you can directly upload downloadable files like SS and Pateron.
