I can see Emma asking for advice, but with her current relationship, I can't see Emma going down on Kate if tomorrow Kate enters the harem and they coincide in the same X-some.
Emma will (try to) go down on people she cares deeply about. Right now, the list is composed of: Martha*, Erika*, Daphne+, Norah, Scarlett, Betty, Meemaw, and Simone. In the next update (the one already released on Patreon/SS), it's shown that Emma cares about Kate. Just not at that level.
But relationships evolve, and I can see it happening in the future. The trip to Aruba will provide an opportunity for the LIs to strengthen their relationships off-camera, and the whole house dynamics can change.

I think that wasn't a silly question. We know Kate is a (self-labelled) lesbian, Kim is bi-curious, Eileen has shown some interest, and Emma doesn't care about labels, but about individual persons. So the question was legit.

Kate, Kim, and Eileen will have their chance to explore their curiosity (Kate about dicks, the other two about pussies) while Emma already did.

You could always do a penultimate bonus update that just has a bunch of your hoped-for groupings that you couldn't work into the story but had time to work on in your (I know, admittedly small) spare time ... and release it with the same type of menu you used for the "here's how it could have happened" menus.

Not a bad idea. I guess the epilogue will be slow to write into code to cover all the millions of possibilities and won't be animated, so having (in the epilogue) some of those group sex scenes could be good. Like "During all these years, this (could) happen. Do you want to see it?"
It would also save a lot of rendering, since I can put those scenes in an indeterminate time when no one is pregnant (between pregnancies, or before the first one for some of the girls).
At the end of the game, I wanted every girl to be, at least, in a group sex scene. Right now, only Alexia, Eileen, Norah, Martha, Erika, Daphne, Emma, and Scarlett have been in one. 20 more to go.

However, if you call a Portuguese from Lisbon "Latino," they won't be happy at all, considering the xenophobic climate that has developed in Brazil-Portugal relations in recent years. They won't associate the term with their Latin heritage in the way you've highlighted, at least not in day-by-day basis. Similarly, if you call a Brazilian "Hispanic" or "Hispaniard," you'll be met with frowns and ironic smiles (to say the least).

I remember working with a Chilean, and when I jokingly called him a gringo (a term we Brazilians often use for any foreign tourist), he scowled and began explaining to me why this was an offensive term for other Latin American countries, especially those with Spanish heritage: it had to do with the Mexican-American War and other political interventions by the Americans in Central and South America. "Gringo" is a corruption of the phrase "greens, go home," referring to the uniform of the American military.

Since then, I have never used the term to refer to any foreigner in Brazil, especially Latin Americans.

Ultimately, I find it less problematic to focus on nationality when asking someone where they come from or what their /heritage is than to delve into these etymological intricacies.
