Not yet. They got stuff planned and showed some promising previews which people did share screenshots not too long ago earlier in the thread.
If the earlier screenshots are anything to go by... no. However the release date of the next update is not known or as far as I can tell disclosed. You can learn more about how things are going by supporting the patreon and joining their discord. I hope that answers your question.

are you kidding me ? normally, you infest to developer who active to make his project and give his progress info frequently, ...not the opposite way ... thats how it works
In fairness to your complaint, it's been over a year since 0.1.3 has been made available. Checking the Patreon page, the last dev log was back in December. There's a lot coming and the most that can be asked is to be just a little more patient. I don't think tossing $2 to the devs is too much of an ask. At least considering just how much is available in 0.1.3 with probably a huge update coming next. Though I'm not too sure if it'll be called 1.4 or something higher. At least I think from what I've seen thus far... it's going to be better balanced. Granted it may be a bit of a kick in the teeth as you'll be starting all over again, I just hope the pace is a bit better in regards to gameplay. Especially considering how tedious and grindy attempting to progress and not knowing what to do as it is currently.
