First of all, I don't defend any side, I analyze the story by itself and I already read the yellow warning, so I'll call the paths of "Good Ending" and "Bad Ending".
Second and at last,
Insane Erotica, my suggestions are just tips and its goal is help at the game's improvement. You decide what you want to do with your game.
The renders, you're using, has a good side and a bad side. The art design is beautiful(places and models), but it has a fatal flaw: The facial expressions are almost null and this breaks the immersion easily, mainly when the text doesn't match them.
So, I suggest you make the character reacts more(happy, angry, doubt, sad, etc) and delivers the intensity necessary the scene demands.
About the story, the premise about the time is really good, the time travel use is very simple and the exploration of its potential is low, but it's too early to judge anything about that. If the MC can travel 30 secs ahead, you can use this element to make him save some girl in the story or he can learn to control his "gift" better, you can rich your script if you use wisely.
The gameplay is ok for me, it's simple and direct at its objective, and the hot scenes fit with the story very well, you can balance them in both routes and make both of them attractive to the reader/player, but I have a warning for you: You can't please everyone.
The game needs improvements (mainly at the facial expression) and I know it's in early development. I'll wait for more four updates and play again to analyze better the story.
