I found out in another site that the route is actually fully translated, but one of the files left in the folder overwrites a large chunk of the route back into Japanese. In order to actually get the full translation you should rename the RIO Folder to something else and it will no longer interfere with the translation. (at least that was what the guy said)
He is not demeaning other people's taste. Nowhere in there does he talk about other people. He is stating his tastes and what he would like to see more of. Learn to quit taking offense when none is intended.

If I'm not mistaken, Microsoft Visual C++ 2010. You need to install it, unless you have it already. In that case sorry, can't really help you.

Unfortunately, everyone doesn't have the same interest as you, as like me I don't like NTR neither I like them so much but I like to enjoy the new stories, arts of the character in the game and the game facts.
There's one part in the game where the main character thinks of another as a "serious and weak-willed person."

Found out if you delete the "RIO" folder from the directory it fixes this problem

Anyway - I like the idea of this game, and it's enjoyable.
Only - The (male) MC of this game is one of the most unlikable (and stupid) persons I seen in an VN. I mean - I get that he has some reluctance for being intimate with a girl that's not his girlfriend, but the way he treats the other girls make me wish I could give him a blow on the head with a lead pipe. At least at the end of (some) route(s) he reluctantly admits the other girl is a nice person and they could be friends (or even some bit more). But before that point is reached... Urgghh...
Still - A nice VN. I would like to see more of this kind.

wow!, this one is really good ntr game and mixed with harem vn's genre i've seen so far and so far i enjoy playing it.
the story + the cg arts is also good.
well, time to search another reverse(if) games like this one.
