Oh I assure you sir, the problem isn't understanding. That part is doable. The problem is how to NOT get a migraine rubbing those 2 brain cells together in order to make sense of the story. Unlike its Netori and Netorare cousins, Netorase is pretty word heavy and heavily dependent on the story to get its element across. In other words, MTL and Netorase are like oil and water. Yes you can mix them together but you lose 80% of the impact. Either way, time to see how bad this is.

Alright played for 10 minutes and well... I wanna say a lot but I really don't want to create a bait shitstorm. Been there, done that. Achieves nothing.

In short, game good. TL? Eh. Want the lewds? Yes it will get you to make sense of things. Just train your mind to ignore broken and/or repeating sentences with the ability to fill gaps that don't make any sense. Clearly no manual editing was done here so you will need plenty of that to deal with. Personally, I couldn't handle it so into the bin it went.
