I get the choice to kiss her after she took a load
I can understand the choice to not lick her when shes dripping (odd, but ok)
but what I do not understand is those choices that doesn't matter. just wording but in the end it changes nothing.

a) I like the female model very much, it doesnt have all the same features as the overused ones we see all the time.
b) I am no graphics guy but I think you are overdoing it with the refection on wet skin. Makes some textures look like plastic
c) When the game lets me pick am option I often dont understand the context. Like when she asks what I think after an act and I can say "I like it" or "you look great". I think you want me to spot an undertone there but I don't. As the game is still realy short I tried to provoke diffrent outcomes by picking massively in what I thought was the most extreme directions. And it hardly changed anything. A few details in the text but realy minor. So I guess all these choices do is to add up numbers in the background. But I realy dont see how. Please make it more clear.

I think you are doing whell by making short updates very 2/3week
this is very good to grow your audience..
for example make frequent updates puts in highlight your thread here in F95 often

and for those who want more content, they can skip two or three releases to so they will have more content...

so don't listen too much to either the history haters or what I think are the same haters who instead of complaining about the genre of the story complain because they often see your game in the highlights
continue on your path because in my opinion it is the best way to get exposure and success

So, the cowgirl scene kinda creeps me out with her head yanking around to the perspective we look from :D
Otherwise its an interesting game, quite a fast pace, but hey, that gives proper lewd scenes can lead to more extreme cucking in future updates, so I am not against that.

Wifes face is soso I would say, Bodies look generally pretty good tho, not sure how I feel about the MC getting out of PoV, normally I prefer third person, but I find here the 1st Person works very well because the MC isnt the one fucking her... :D

I'm sorry but I've got to laugh.
When she's got her lips closed, especially when jerking off Bigus Dickus, it looks like she's gurning, like she's 60 years old with no teeth. Such a massive turn off, unless you like that kind of thing.
