Because here they decided to show emotions, suffering of characters, worries...But as I think further the author will forget about these worries of Vivian, because she was allowed to fuck. And as already discounted ‘director's version’ from the toilet, she enjoys it very much. It's not in the game, but it's a good indication of the author's intentions for Vivian. I agree. Vivian controls the relationship and made Hutch her puppy. He does not trust him to be the man of the family. She could be honest with herself and just leave him. But it is a matter of convenience, weakness. Now she meets a strong and confident guy she just jumps into his arms. I think you are completely right. I mean the prologue from the dev describ it already . She will get deeper and deeper into a wolf mouth and it is going to be very hard to get out without getting injured. I think this is mainpoint from this story.
