So maybe it's time for a theory round up, on the first part of the game, parts that we have seen so far (no speculations of the future):

1. Mystery 1: Who caused the account losses for the business?
a) Hutch, either unknowingly or through negligence
b) Maxwell, to sabotage Hutch
c) Christian, by sticking his dick where it didn't belong, perhaps in the hope of firing Hutch (downsizing)
d) Shit happens, you win some, you lose some.

2. Mystery 2: After Vivian met Christian in office, did she know what was going to happen?
a) She hoped for the best, using her 5 point plan
b) She realized she would need to spread her legs to succeed - and was sad about it
c) She realized she would need to spread her legs to succeed - and didn't care
d) She didn't know what the future holds

3. Mystery 3: What happening at Christians' home in the backyard before the banging began?
a) Vivian reluctantly agreed to plan: have sex = save job
b) Vivian willingly offered sex to help Hutch
c) Christian demanded: have sex = save job
d) It was a mutual agreement: have sex = save job
e) Christian practically forced himself onto her (almost rape), Vivian sadly went along with it for Hutch

4. Mystery 4: What did Hutch do when he went missing?
a) he needed to get away just to collect his thoughts and clear his head
b) he was contemplating suicide to end his suffering
c) he was busy devising some sort of revenge plan
d) he was making enquirers about divorce
e) he confided in his son, asking what to do. Son was asked to keep conversation secret.

5. Mystery 5: What happened to the gift box and note?
a) Vivian managed to hide it the day they came back while Hutch was sulking
b) Vivian hid it when Hutch went AWOL
c) Hutch found it in the trash, and it was one of the reasons he went missing
d) Vivian has kept it as another memento, hiding it in the back of the closet

6. Mystery 6: Is Vivian enjoying what has happened?
a) the physical aspect of the sex is good, and she is remorseful and hating that she is cheating and lying.
b) she is loving the sex and is looking forward to more now that they are "open"
c) she is slowing developing feelings for Christian, even knowing what kind of asshole he is, plus the sex is great.
d) she cant wait for this nightmare to be over, so that Hutch can reclaim her, and he can be her one and only again.

I really dont think that Mistery 6 is a really Mistery , Vivian is enjoying sex that is a fact and she cheated on her husband that is a fact . The mistery would be in that case is she so dump to not to realize that the option open marriage is not really an option but a more complicated way to deal with her betrayal. In this case Hutch plans by doing this open marriage that is a mistery . Is he plannig revenge ?

lets just make an experiment and instead of a woman doing what vivian did from the first time at that night put a man let say Hutch . If Christian being a woman inviting hutch to her house and Vivian try to convince hutch not to go because her boss ( a woman ) is a cougar. what would happen if Vivians went to the kitchen and watch trough the window in the courtyard and saw the scene where in this case hutch is fucking her boss on the table. That would be an amazing . Would she go that way as Hutch did in this game? I dont think so i say she would have left him alone definitly. Game over Because Vivians personality would see this as an act of betrayal .

I understand what you mean, but it's too generalized for me. Dev seems to write well, so in my eyes there will be a plausible explanation that we will understand and accept.
If you don't mind me asking, how did you solve the problem with your ex-girlfriend?

that was very complicate issue were pain was longtime term present and it ended cause the faktor trust each other was not being possible to recover . some month after i met her and she was pregnant in the 3 month from the other guy and she would still come to me and say on a valetines day she love me and i could still at that moment make love to her she would allow it ,as a prove but i just couldnt do that . and i saw her never again.

well it tooks some times but once i realize that she would do again and again with other men and she tried to convince herself that she is not a slut .it help to understand no men could be safe in a serious relationship with that woman . And who try to believe that will suffer. After that i have met other very intersting woman who were helping me in the heiling process . I did sacrifice myself and accept that that help every single night.

i admire the Dev creation Vivian cause he has selected a woman with personality. There is not dangerous than a woman wich such character thats so sexy . This kind of woman are actually in many places in this world . Trying to say without having the experience that they know everything in the relationship and having a normal life until they meet somebody who wakes their animal instinct after that they would be able to open very form of possibility accepting get fucked in every position and in very hole cause that right person is ther who makes them feel and they smell the adrenaline push in their bodys and thats makes them lose control of their life and not able to think and behave in the right way. If the Creator of this game is so good as we all know this little detail whats Vivian called when she was trying to talk in bed with hutch ( that little thing that Hutch would like to do ) thats going to be given to somebody else to Christian or to Marcel whomever wakes her animal instinct , She will accept it and tray it saying still that she doesnt like it and when it comes to it. i want to see the expression of her face like when Chrsitian says the first night she would bunk with him in his room while hutch remains outside . That face will say it all.

All i can say is that around 50 percent of women are just as much sluts as men. Whether they're married or not. actually, the married ones are even worse. I work a hell of a lot with women professionally and I can tell you there are a lot of witchy beasts. if they don't get what they want and you turn them down professionally, they can make your world a cave.
A hell of a lot of married couples are dissatisfied and sexually frustrated. Maybe like in this game

I believe you , let me tell you that i have met one of those woman who where feeling lonely after three month being married and the husband has to arrange some documents ouside of the country for about 1 month and she was working with me sometimes in the nightshift and one day when we finished in the morning our shift she asked me isf she could sleep with me becaus she felts alone . After three month of being married . I couldnt believe it. She is still with her husband and lifes goes on.

By the way. thank you for your inspiration. i've been writing for a few days how the story might end for me on an interpersonal level with 4-5 alternative endings. But without the whole company problem.

interesting in my case is for me too early to decide i would have to make a new story out of this content. I am so curious about the POV of the creator and i would like to know if all this happened really ? i mean only to imagine the scene of the courtyard and the sharing of the bed in the same night wow. i dont want to speculate more .i ve read too much in this last few days.

yes you're right, too much reading. But i think there will be a simple complicated ending.
For me, in my mind, the biggest problem in the story is that hutch saw everything in the Office WC. In my mind, addison or maxwell should have been sitting there. we'll see.

yes for me too , being in the toilett at that moment and not disturbing them just watching would not be for me an option. i would just get so angry and so mad . i could not control myself not 5 seconds.

Imagine if it was the latter, and Maxwell managed to get some blackmail material/images of Vivian fucking Chris and threatened Vivian to do some "special favours" for him to keep him quiet about leaking the photos to Hutch

But little does he know that Hutch already knows that Vivian/Chris were fucking behind his back

It's a typical blackmail trope though, so that would hardly have much substance either way - but still amusing to speculate about the "hypothetical - what if? scenario if either Addison/Maxwell was there sitting in the bathroom stall instead of Hutch.
