Hard disagree. It would be right to apologise and have everything in the open, but not doing it doesn't mean an absence of love or a presence of stupidity. Again, Vivian is trying to protect Hutch. You might not think it's the right way to do it, you might not think it's possible to do it, but she shows that it's her mindset:
"He can never know. He doesn't deserve to carry that pain. It would destroy him."
"I have to carry it for both of us... I have to!"
But he does know now, and she knows he knows. She also knows she is not carrying for the both of them, if anything Hutch is doing the heavy lifting with the burden. And yet knowing this, other than feeling guilty, she does nothing... absolutely nothing to ease or even lighten the burden. Instead of all times to "listen and obey" Hutch, it's when he offers her free reign to fuck Christian.

The scene where she tries to seduce Hutch and let him know he is her man, and she is his woman... Please!
We can see her gradual decline. She was an unwilling partner in the backyard, and even up to the point in the kitchen. By that last fuck in the bedroom, we can see her attitude changing as she was getting into it. Finally in the bathroom scene, her false pretense finally came down, and we all witness how into and willing she was to be Christian's fuck toy and cum dump.
