With regards to Addison and Christian, I'm actually edging towards it being her mother in the bed. The wording I posted earlier made me think that it could have been a deliberate choice. If Christian said Addison was his niece, we wouldn't know just from that whether it is a brother or a sister of Christian who is Addison's parent. By saying "my brother's kid" though, it tells us that it is not Christian's sister (if he has one). That could leave it open for Christian to be fucking his brother's wife, Addison's mother.

I could definitely see Christian being the type to fuck his brother's wife behind his back (or not even behind his back, perhaps). In terms of the late-night phonecall we see, it would be less likely for someone's wife to have a sleepover than his daughter to have a sleepover, but that could be explained in many ways (girls' night out and slept at a friend's house, the husband is away on business and so wouldn't even know his wife isn't at home, etc.).

Yeah, some here have put that theory forward as well, suggesting that Christian would have been fucking his brother's wife for at least 20 (?) years - or at the minimum that he did it at least once, 20+ years ago (depending on whether or not, in this scenario, it is Addison's mother in the bed during the late night phonecall).

There are some future tags that someone found in one of the game files, but the way dev goes, I wouldn't be at all surprised if they are red herrings sent to throw people off! I don't know if any other game has tags listed in the files - my guess it that it's an unusual move, but I could be wrong.

team snarky secretary charge.... the only likeable character in this vn and you had to drag her to the level of the other 3 dumpster fires. no way she take advantage and even if she did hutch wouldn't let it happen as he made clear that he won't cheat. we see addison fawning over hutch and hutch never takes advantage of her. if there is a "pity fuck" it would be in the epilogue.

Yeah, it's been discussed before. I am in support of the "Addison's mother in the bed" part of it, but not the "Christian is Addison's father" bit (which you're not referring to here, I don't think). Saying that, it really wouldn't be a big step from one to the other. Christian cucking Addison's father would definitely open up an angle for Addison to want to hurt Christian for revenge, and even more so if she finds out that he's hurting Hutch, who she likes.

k now i get y the "to the streets" theory. the dev did say that but the dev's style of writing and his plan for this kn says otherwise. he(dev) said that most of the previews were from update 3 which might indicate they are tag for update 3. he also said any minor changes now will lead to major reworks so i think he using the tags as markers of placeholders for the sequence of events or as a reminder. as the dev labeled the updates 4 as the climax which i think is where all if not most of the tags will be used leading into epilogue.
ps: the dev said that he didn't want mbh to become like awam taking that into reference(making vauge promises where there is no action even after about10 yrs in development) ....those tag might be valid as the story progress as dev posted a comment about there being a mechanic event or maybe marcel but it still supports the interracial tag. and my post about the twins and the pool might lead to more later on or similar to some of the theories duke and the rest came up with would border of groupsex(twins) humiliation(sawyer being humiliated), and exhibitionism. rape is the only tag i have doubts on as rob posted an old pic of a similar scene from the unfinished game and the devs reply was that the kn would not be as dark as that scene/render.

The two interpretations of the wife, which are fairly established here by now (unfortunate family protector vs egodriven whore), also apply to her "anal offer" to Hutch.
On the one side one can see it as a sacrifice of something she really doesn't like doing and derives no pleasure from, as an honest effort to rescue her marriage by working her ass off so to speak. It shows that she is mindful of his long-cherished wishes and knows that she has to stretch her limits. When I first played it I found it remarkable, because it's not a bad strategy (if there is one) in such situations at least in theory - no talk about: honey it's just sex, it doesn't mean anything, our love is strong, I'm so sorry etc. but straight to the point: it has to be dealt with and made good on the level of sex, which is of utmost importance to the man in that moment. There has to be a tangible compensation. And she shows an understanding of the male obsession with possession and exclusivity: when one path is lost, she has to open up a new one for him to feel exclusive again. Although of course the offer tastes a bit like medicine, given by a motherly nurse, not by a lover.
On the other hand it is just as clear, that she obviously knew all the time very well what she denied her husband for 20 years, how much he wanted it, and that she is only prepared to put it out if absolutely necessary, if cornered. The boy is sad, and we give him his toy at last to make him happy again. The moment it's of use to her she allows it. To get it this way must feel like a double humiliation for Hutch and what could be seen in the other interpetation as generous gesture appears like a cheap manipulation (and of course as the ultimate pity sex). She waited until it is too late and all lost. What he wanted from her of her own free will and even better in the heat of the moment (so he imagined it) she is prepared to give him as a kind of payment of debt (and with the clear expectation that he will be a good boy again after that). One could say, it shows a similar transactional use of sex as the one she has with regard to the boss (at least at the beginning).

If the pool scene is scripted, it is possible that it connects (based on small details – earrings, nail polish, and possibly lipstick) with the scenes: "argument with Sawyer," the text message behind the wall/Sawyer/Hutch, and, of course, the basketball hall – which consistently leads to some situation with the "boys."

you are right on that being the scene related to the maroon/purple dress renders. as used as a relaxing day but might lead to something else. keeping the option open. nice catch. my question still stands whos pool is it? my money is on the twins. the dev clearly is hiding the person behind her in the wall messaging render, it might possibly be after all "relaxing" is done.

The 2nd release is mostly new material but I'm actively working on it, and will contain about 3-4 game days worth of story. 3 days is going to take a toll on our weary couple, trust me.

just found this out going through the dev posts. the dev said the 1st day was done in the 2nd update in about a 3 weeks(this is from a later post) and the wording he used seems like a lot will happen in those 3 days of the 4 possible days of the update(especially about the weary couple part). assuming 1 days content for 1 month we would be seeing 2nd day being done around mid march and so on leading to a early to mid may release of update 2.

see my post some pages back. there is a conversation after the dorm visit and they ask vivian to go to the beach. the pool maybe middle ground. after the twins it's marcel who is closest contender. so far we know marcel only invites vivian to a game. that's my reason may seem weak but for now thats all we got. rupert is also possible but then the mechanic might be involved then. but so far we only know that both marcel and rupert and the twins want more from vivian. only the twins have invited her to go to the beach. and asked about the bikini. if you read the quote by the dev then vivian might get some action in update 2 not exclusive to christian as hutch has resigned himself that vivian will do what she wants(without thinking about the consequences) and christian will always get what he wants.
