No discussions with her husband about the plan, no attempting absolutely anything else first, That's selfish and self-centered in my book any day. Something I connected as I read your post and looked through the pictures again. Vivian embarrasses both her son and Hutch with her cheating ways. The cheater in her was already there, and as someone else said, I forget who, Christian brought it out of her. I think her fear and anguish are far more about Hutch knowing what she did than they are about betraying Hutch. If she knew her affair was hidden from him she would be much less emotional about it. I think she is afraid that Hutch will eventually start hating her for cheating on him, and that he will eventually call it quits on the marriage. I think there is a real chance her son will start hating her too when he finds out she cheated on his father. think that was me who posted that comment "awakening of a slut". dunno if someone posted prior to that. i also posted about vivian being afraid of hutch twice in the current version supporting my theory of the cigarette man being hutch. i didnt go in-depth at that time but you explanation is similar to my reasoning. the only different is as we dont know much about hutch or vivian's past i didnt want to go making to many theories on that. to name a few according to the story was marriage and losing her son.

), one of the better endings in the long list of worst ending hutch ends up with addison only in the epilogue not before that. you do paint a vivid picture but adhdclassic posted a nightmare theory. so its trumping all other theories as a dark ending.(for me)
It is interesting that she said, "my son" and not our son. I don't think I caught that until you pointed it out. It is not conclusive proof, but it does raise a little doubt. Even if Sawyer isn't biologically Hutch's, which is not clear at this point, Hutch probably loves him just the same. If Sawyer is not Hutch's son biologically, there are a bunch of other questions that would come up, and lots more drama. I am enjoying the drama.
