I would like to know that myself too.

I assume, the way they mesure the file size is different then the norm (example, like 1MB for them is 1000KB instead of the normal 1024KB), the file you download will have the same size as in everywhere else.

It doesn't work on the 0.4.5 Test or earlier versions. It should be working on the 0.4.6 version posted today.

Not really the default speed, but you can increase it over time the more you run. If you have the cheats activated you can press Y to open them and then increase the speed from there. It's on the right side.
