While there is no consequence of selling picture yet given the meager amount of content (it's a beautiful game, but you can't say much is happening each update), I would assume there will be consequence to doing so later. Given the plot progression will the latest update I would assume that doing request would spread the info of Ako out, leading to event with the android attacker progressing in a negative way. Again, just an assumption, but reasonable given circumstance.
There isn't a conclusion to the Uemura questline implemented yet(you can't "save" her for now),from what I read here that she disappears from the game if you go through all her prostitution options(I didn't go thru her content in my game so cannot confirm).
That seems at least something positive, i hope it does get implemented because this has been some doomer feeling seeing that

I was tempted to drop the game after a few minutes of this, but that's the point and part of the storytelling. Keep at it, and in another 5 minutes the mood of the game will slowly lighten as you (the MC) start to realize you own independent identity. It's great stuff.
