when useing incest mod (as i always) how Crazy famaily relation really going to be
i mean even without incest mod all kids have the MC as dad is crazy

As for in game? The characters are struggling with this also and their solution is to not label the relationships and just love eachother. They are family, and that's all they need.

Alice's kids: same as Sandy/Lucy's kids except all non-sibling relationships are adoptive
