can't for the update.yours and starmaker really shows how AI can be used as a tool for NSFW games.such mastery is rare compared to others,i can't wait to see the imrpovments.

Good I feel bad when I cant support a game I like because I simply dont trust Patreon. I dont think SunscribeStar is as big right now, but eventually everyone will have to migrate there.
Does anyone know if this game is mostly linear or are there route choices with certain girls?

Likely due to photorealism in combination with AI. Mila AI has been in trouble before because the characters apparently looked way underage in some scenes. The developer did a remaster since then to fix this, but Patreon prolly had an eye on this project.
Do not mention the use of AI on Patreon if possible. Photorealism shouldn't be an issue tho as you're creating art that looks to be drawn by hand. That doesn't mean it's safe, but...safer.
Boosty, Itch.io and Subscribestar are an alternative incase shit hits the fan. Just a heads-up. Might also be worth starting a Twitter page so people can follow you. Makes it easier to communicate what's going on incase the Patreon page ends up being taken down.
(you probably wanna make sure that all your supporters know about Subscribestar and whatever else you wanna use so that most of them can transition over smoothly without losing a ton of support...again, just incase shit hits the fan)

that WASNT the creator i wasn't talking about. CircleGames it's was a creator called SCAI who received the picture i sent just before
besides those burito's queen creators and aquaintances are very rules abiding so i can assure you if there was just a single doubt of a minor looking. the person wouldn't have been talked about and banned/excluded from their circle

I also linked the standards they take as reference.since their partnership with crushonAI they have been doubling down to respect the moderation team's guidelines so there is absolutely no room for doubt that AI is the only motive behind patreon bans
