Yeah for me anyway she's #1: one of the most active characters in moving the plot and influencing other characters to respond #2: imo second hottest after Vi #3: matches my intent with watching porn the most, in a way she is almost a viewer stand in encouraging action and just looking to be entertained.

I get that. I get the concerns but will be transparent in stating that I agreed with the revision so I can hardly be trusted. I cannot 100% say there was no influence, but I also cannot state that the Dev was not influenced by others in pushing the scene in the original direction. Just going to trust that it was a situation that the Dev had options and reasons for doing it one way or another, had to make a choice, and then changed their mind about it after the pressure of meeting a deadline was passed.
What I can assure you of is that I did not get what I wanted in full either lol. I am probably on the opposite side of some others here with my intent for engaging with this VL. But most of the actions from the original along those lines remain largely intact. The "porn life" aspects are just my least favorite thing. I will likely print out "I hate Bruce's shop" t-shirts, cause VI as the porn starlet of the Deviant studios makes my eyes roll. And I feel it takes away too much time for development when we could be doing other sexier things with the core group. That said it definitely seems to be the direction.

The update definitely feels like what the gold release should've been. I'm still in the camp that I would've just preferred to wait this extra time to get this version, rather than an incomplete and then 3(?) week wait. I hope that chapter 7 is released in full and the wait isn't too long.

CG definitely caved to pressure. Vi during the photoshoot is losing control and got to the point she wanted to do whatever Bruce wanted her to do and even invited it.

As i suspected, judging by the descriptions, the scene with VI in the photoshoot didn't involve sucking, she was just playing with the dick.
But i still believe that the scene with Ari should have directly involved Vi! She could tease Eric by showing pictures and hinting that she had sucked another guy's dick, but in the end, as always, she would say that she just loves to tease him and would never cross the line without his consent! It would make more sense if we take a slow plot development. Then she could tell Eric that she had given him sex with Ari, and now it was her turn. Hinting that now Eric should introduce her to one of his friends. The safest option for Eric would be Sai, Sai has a smaller dick, this scene would fit well into the plot and its flow. In such a scene, there could be both the first blowjob and the first sex. First Vi sucks Sai, then she sucks Eric, and Sai fucks her, along the way she humiliates Sai for his dick size, that Eric's dick is mutch bigger! I just don't see such a trend if Sai is replaced with Rob, who, according to the lore, has a larger dick than Eric. After all, look, the gold version sold out quickly, but the silver one didn't!
