I think you need to continue the Marckus questline to get the scenes he is talking about but the save I have is kinda far behind. Mine says "Complete date with Alison, visit Noa in her house in the Afternoon."

Its the end of marckus questline Man its just bugged. I ended marckus quest and i have same notyfication. He was trying to bait us its all.

after MC win the game walk to left side of court then approach lucy from left side, idk why but this way you can normally talk to lucy and continue the game.
