should of been there, after i talked to him, i went to downtown north right away and it was there, then went to chinatown and got the 2nd one and went right back to him, only other thing that comes to mind, maybe do the last 2 cards for your sister if you haven't then look, or maybe your game is bug

I don't have her or the white-haired woman listed at all.

Does a walkthrough exist for this version of the game? I feel like I'm missing out on a lot of stuff by relying on the in-game helper...
