followed the walkthrough up to the point where you need to buy the first tinymon card from the vending machine on the beach but its not there. what do i do?

Not from vending machine, from the kiosk beside the pharmacy, talk to the girl who standing in front of the kiosk.
I'm having issues with Daisy's quest. Ive completed all the family quests apart from Amy
I've completed Daisy and Beth recess quests fully. Apparently I now need to go to Old Quarter during the afternoon and she'll show up in a car and tell my about Kelly's party. Don't know how to get that to trigger. Also according to the walkthrough, I checked my variable #578 and its set to true. Any ideas?
EDIT: Nevermind, Im just an idiot. had to talk to her in front of the school after school was over.

what am i doing wrong. it says i should go to th game shop to buy things but i go to area east of east town think its golden. i can see the games shop but cant enter it. yet i can enter like the car shop and sex shop, food shop etc any ideas what im missing or am i bugged?

If I'm not mistaken the game shop isn't at East Town but at New Neighborhood down to the police station in a halley

ye im onabout the are east of east town just couldnt remember name of it somethings telling me its golden something. but i can not get into the games shop building for some reason
