^Same here. I just finished everything for V0.8 and then when i download My New Life v0.9 Fixed+Xtras i can't get Laura bathroom scene. Its just the normal peek scene, i can't join her, i tried everything.
Also when i ask her on a date at night my screen just turns black and i can move around in it but thats it.
Can someone please let me know what might be the reason why i can't get shower scene with Laura in v0.9? Also, i was able to get Laura footjob scene with the TV. I have never needed to restart my game since like v.03 or something. I always play this game after about a week so all bugs gets fixed and every time i play a new version i make a separate folder just in case i mess up bad or a bug ruins the game.
If it can't be fixed someone PLEASE share a save with everything done in v0.8 so i can play v0.9 from the beginning.
Don't wanna be too pushy but i hope it includes all shooting range stuff completed with the sex scenes. That took me quite a while to do.

i downloaded teh cheat file i restarted my game and pressed 1 but nothing happens? am i doing somethign wrong?

I'm in serious need of help here, and I see there a loads of people that know their shit here!
I just finnished the whole quest line with going into the school. Pinning the window and stuff. Then getting the reward from both "the boss", and the girls for giving them the card I got.
But according to my walktrough, it says:
"You must complete all the lessons of Jet and complete the mission in the house of
Angie, in the bed of the daughter of angie you will find the letter of Xorlax."
I have done as much training I can from Jet in the book store. I can't learn anything more from her. So I'm guessing that these "missions" that the walktrough is talking about is something else. since the house of angie is guarded, and I need some sort of quest to get into that?
Where, and what do I do to start that line of quests?
Any help would be gratly appriciated!

Jet is the one to give that quest , after you get out of the hospital so i think you are at the part where you have visit her at night in the library.

First off you can't date Laura through your phone. The black screen thing is a bug in the code. Looks like the developer missed this when it is night but he got it right in the afternoon. When the walk through refers to you needing a date with Laura, he is referring to the Pool date. Most likely if you have kept your save file from version .03 then it is likely you finished the original Laura quest a long time ago. I suspect that back then the variable you need to trigger the shower scene didn't exist, or wasn't updated. You need to use a save editor and change the variable number 184 to the value 5. This is what gets set in later versions when you finish the pool date. Try that and let the board know how it goes.

I'm guessing you extracted images and saw this. The scene you described does not exist. Those images are from one of the recess side quests in the school yard. Talk with Phil in the top right corner of the yard.

unpack the game help you alot, it make the game run better, you have access to the CG folder, the cheat menu and speed hack, also the item, and variables list for the RpgMakerSaveEdit tool
I have done all of the training for jet but i still can't get the scene that happens at night. Does anyone have an idea why this is happening?
