usually she in the room during the morning you can use the W key to skip time

when shes in the room go downstairs by the front door and click on the dresser to put your shoes in there

Check the hint in your phone ("FB icon"- click on the "?"), if it doesn't say anything about Laura, reload another save, if it does, pass the time and see if Laura pops up in your room.
