It's actually got all the scenes. The revamped version is buggy as hell and doesn't include all the content yet.

I think he talking about rollback like in Renpy.
Renpy like rollback is not possible in Rpgm.
I just got the papers for the Jet quest out of Warrens house. The guide tells me to go to the library and make a choice, but the quest is glitched and it replays the scene of her being held at gun point! Is there any way to fix this? Save editor or anything that can be done other than me replaying the whole game. Got it they changed it to her house.

In order for the save to work do this: let's say you have download a save named "file2.rpgsave", run the game make dammy save at slot 2, close the game or go to main menu of the game, copy the save "file2.rpgsave" in to data\save directory and replace when asked, start the game again and load from slot 2.

I’m so annoyed at this got abandoned and new version where they pretty much ruined everyone’s design
