Assuming you had sex with her in v1.7, her quest should trigger after 5 days.

Is there any way to reset the Mrs Taylor's item quest ? Laura wasn't in the pharmacy. When I look at the walkthrough, it seems this quest start to early in the Mrs Taylor quest line. I got it at the beginning when it should be the last quest...

You dodn't need to reset her quest. Go to the Pharmacy in Old Quarter and talk with pharmacist. He will give you Ms. Taylor's package, return to Ms Taylot house and give it to her.
Laura's quest is reworked so leave it for later time (after Ms Taylor Quest).
