The next update for the game is scheduled for 6/2/18 meaning unless BON decides to delay the game like he did with version 1.4 then that is the date the update for the game is coming.

For me the scene happend when i visit Sandra, so try to visit only her for some time.
The scene where Carol sees Rachel and MC happened when MC try to find who give the party, at Sarah's quest.

hey guys, in 1.6 old saves doesn't work, but what about 1.7, can i play 1.6 right now and then continue in 1.7 or should i just wait 1.7?

Even if 1.6 save files will work(we still don't know if they are gonna work though)you still have to start a new game on 1.7 version because BoN did a full rework on the school,it means that when you start a new game you will get new quests from the teachers and some content for Mss.Turner.

When you have maxed the love of both of them, there is a 1 in 3 chance of getting a threesome scene with them when you enter either house. If you never get the scene, then you have not maxed out their love.
Just because you can not play a game does not mean that game has a bug. The scene with Rachel and Carol in the school bathroom only happens when you are doing the "Find Beth's Party" quest portion of the Sarah quest line. The different levels of that scene depend on the level of Rachel's love. Her love must be high enough to get her to give you a BJ in the bathroom stall that Carol will witness. Her love must be maxed to get her to continue to fuck you in the stall which Carol will also witness. If Rachel just tells you where the party is with no sex scenes, your love with her is too low.

There are a few exceptions (Amy, Sandra, Daisy, for example) but most of the women and Milfs are thicker than normal.
