It doesn't tell you but make sure you turn Agatha and Mia also.

is the game bugged? I can't navigate around the house, the icons for changing locations are gone I even tried making a new game and it's not there, I also imported a save file from this thread and on the thumbnail it shows the icons but when I load it it's not there

So because some people have asked if the i-patch needs updating I took a look at the code. It's effectively a universal patch. The only time it will need to be updated is if the code is rewritten or new family members get added.
