then download and merge v11>v12
then dowload the bugfix3
its an odd way to do it, but thats how the dev set it up

You can't complete it that way, because there aren't any quests for Corruption Of Kiley Duncan 3 and 4 (it is not completed yet). But you can complete them by using cheat system.

That's weird, reset button should be there at all times in her page in 'Character info'. Maybe you're using the old html file?

You have to download the bugfix, otherwise you can't see the pole in the Pawn shop's wares. And the complete button was bugged, thanks for mentioning it! I'm uploading bugfix4 now.

If this story is about, Any character you want to play as. Shouldn't there be a multiple protagonist tag?

You are always playing as one character (MC - main character). But you can choose which story you will follow. For example: If you don't like Kiley (older step-sister), you can ignore her completely. Does strength actually do anything? It's not displayed as a stat...

I have the bugfix installed and I still can't 'complete' the support her desire for Kiley

Strength is useless right now, that's why it is not displayed. Younger step-sister is not implemented yet, because people were against Dakota Skye being the face behind her character. So I made a poll and you can see it's result on the top of this thread. There will be probably some scenes with her in the next update (but she will be completely avoidable).
I checked it now and it worked for me. Are you using the bugfix4? If you can, attach your save file and I will take a look on it.

The trigger for Kiley's introductions is to be walking around the Duncan's house after 10 days have passed in the game between 16:00 and 22:00.

I had no problems with any other part of her schedule other than her NOT being in her back yard at 9am and instead being BOTH in her back yard AND Duncan's back yard at 12 noon.
