Starting to sound repetitive now but the sister isn't a romance option. She's the MC's wingwoman and they occasionally experiment but he won't end up with her, she will end up with someone else.
So, yeah, you will see the sister with another man.
If it's incest you are looking for this is not the game for you.

Just curious. Has the dev said definatively that Nikki will not be a romance option?
At least in the last couple updates it seems to show that Nikki has more then just I want to fool around with her brother feelings. Maybe MC has a serious relationship with one of the other love interests but has an ongoing side action with Nikki.

Ok. Well it wouldnt be the first time a dev said that and things change.
When I first played this game I really didnt like Nikki but now I really hope the dev does change their mind in regards to a romance with her.
Storytelling is usually a fluid situation and if it feels right to change pre-existing storylines to make the story even better its not a writer being a liar. It just going with the flow.

He's also said, quite emphatically, that it isn't going to change.
He has the story mapped out and that isn't the story he wants to tell.
Nikki will never be a romance option.

I finally gave in and tried this game again after like 7 or so updates of not caring for it... thx to @Kukothemadhatter, and the writing is hilarious, kept getting better after the point I had stopped... also two of the 4 new chicks introduced since I quit are majestic as all fuck... Skylar and Sarah are goddesses and can compete head to head with Molly.
As for the bad parts of the game... I see that Ashley continues to be this game's big meme character that people "wuv her hijinx"... She has a hot model, but her crazy sickens me to the core. I believe someone else already made the comparison to Mirai Nikki, and that can quickly make this game go down the crapper *has Acting Lessons flashbacks*. Killing off one of the biggest assholes ever to exist in porn games scored her some points, but just as Eric the crazy bitch can also turn her ire to some of the other females and ruin a good game by taking out Molly, Skylar or Sarah (I mean she can go to battle killing and dying with Cory and Chelsea for all I care).
Sudo's writing however is quite humorous so I doubt Ashley will ruin the game like a certain red-head did for AL, that said as much as I want to completely love and support this game on Patreon... I cant, cause D'brickshaw still exists... now that I got to know "D" I can see he is not a total scumbag like I thought he was gonna be... that said aside from the MC from "My Personal Assistant" I never seen an uglier male model, if the plan is for Nikki to end up with him, it makes the game vomit inducing to me... If he ever shows up with an ugly (but with a great body) girlfriend (think Mama Maria from "Personal Trainer"), so that I know Nikki will be spared that fate I might consider giving this one more cred and support LOL.
Lastly to Sudo, I still applaud you sir for the first "game over" screen in this game, never before have I had such fun with a game of this kind in my life... the first time I picked it cause the WT said it was worth seeing... I now start the game and fail right at the start before loading my actual file, just to get me in the mood (that game over story/rant is inspiring as hell LOL).

Now im curious how the game will go with regards to Nikki cause at the moment it sure feels like its heading that way. Maybe they go "too far" and realise their "fun" has to stop.

I am sure hints have been dropped by the dev but it doesnt match up with the current story. Im curious how it goes from Nikki currently seeming jealous of the "other" woman getting sexy time with Tales and how we get to "its literally just sex".
